SUMMARY:CheMatSustain at the SSbD Project Legacy Workshop
DESCRIPTION:CheMatSustain will be joining the SSbD Project Legacy Workshop\, organised by the EU-funded PINK project. \n\n\n\nThe workshop will take place on the 3rd and 4th of November in Brussel\, and it aims to: \n\n\n\n\nidentify the collective legacy of Horizon Europe SSbD projects\n\n\n\ndevelop a shared understanding of strategic capabilities requiring long-term\n\n\n\n\nstewardship \n\n\n\n\nidentify collaborative opportunities for sustaining and exploiting project results\n\n\n\n\nduring the runtime of the projects and after \n\n\n\n\nstrengthen links between Horizon Europe projects and complementary\n\n\n\n\nEuropean initiatives (e.g. IRISS\, IAM-I\, JRC\, OECD and standardisation activities) \n\n\n\n\nidentify possible sustainability pathways for priority legacy elements\, including collaborative actions\, governance approaches\, potential long-term hosts and required support mechanisms beyond the current funding period\n\n\n\nformulate recommendations for future European policy and funding mechanisms supporting long-term SSbD implementation\n\n\n\n\nWe are looking forward to fruitful discussions during the event.
